Gotta agree with you on parry chance bug.. Seen many Uh dk's only gemming strength to increase parry chance and have Strength passive trinkets .. i tried to stack everything with strength and i got to 76% Parry chance when trinket procced, not even fists touched me. They went right through..

It can be your Internet connection/Wifi Try to open your CMD and type ''Ipconfig /release'' Then wait 10seconds and then type ''Ipconfig /renew'' It will give you new connection type to your wifi. It might help you or not. If not, your download folder / file is missing something.
