It's not a display icon, if it were, it would be stabilized stuck. NOT going off and on every 1 sec. This bug has been reported few times and "confirmed" as display icon even though it's not.

Pujo, from what all you've been doing througout this forum is just to get everything you hate ( every class which can beat you aka butthurt ) nerfed, you don't realise that you can actually do something such as outplay without any game-breaking existing bugs, the availability of you using bugs is everywhere, even though you're stubborn enough to reject it. One of the reasons NE got back its bugged effect is because of your desperate rejections, even every proofs was made against your fake report, no attention paid there then. And here, in this thread, if there's enough rejection from you, bleed on warrior will probably be reduced to the percentage of useless DoT from war. You're using any existing bug, as Casulties wrote, alchemy, glyphs etc. And you're still butthurt from another class beating you, possibly an anti-class, proving yourself that you're a clicker. Please don't come with your "noobs" etc sentences, there's actually players here which has experience Blizzard World Of Warcraft MoP expansion, and knows you're full of pathetic butthurt fallacy.

Some basic things about this server. It's mainly Russian, but many English players is playing too. There's 2 realms, xfun and x100, xfun is "god-like" realm, you can get everything within days. x100 is blizzlike, but just the rates has been increased. The cross-server works throughout arena/battlegrounds, Pandawow is working with Wowcircle, same database, but some different things. Pandawow is mostly focusing on PvP, and Wowcircle is focused on PvE. There's some bugs there and here, some of them are really gamebreaking, other's, isn't "worth" getting fixed. xfun is the realm where most English players are playing. x100 is like.. 45% English and rest Russian. That's basically it.

PvP is NOT bannable. This private server is highly and mostly based on PvP, PvP goes for everything such as world PvP and other things, any PvP-able available zone is "allowed" to kill opposite faction player, there's nothing wrong about it, if you don't want to get "ganked" then move away from the current area.

Try to calculate Unleash elements with EB, and some others. You'll see a bit of "increase" Shouldn't be hard to figure it out, a bit surprised.

There's a reason why it's called Russian moderator's and international moderator's. Nothing will be done, till further of notice.

Lol, I can tell you, there's a big enhance on unleash elements > EB. Goes to lava lash, stormstrike and flame shock. I wish players at high ladder had played retail patch of the private server.
