There's some addons which blocks you from using other addons. It's mostly scripting addons, happens for most people. You can try to remove all the addons which has been downloaded by yourself ( From curse ) And then try download them again, place one addon in and open client, see if they work. Place the next one in. ( Try with MoP client first, then WoD ) And ofcourse try to download the addons with the 5.4.8 patch. He only has permissions to mute players, not use game controlling commands. Vanish has 1m cooldown, and can be instantly resetted by preperation ( 5m cooldown ) Licher muted your friend for saying "B*tch" and muted you for using letters in caps-lock. This means, that Game Masters are allowed to use Fly"hack", Speed"hack" and Teleport"hack" to get to certain places, which the "violators" has gotten, if this wasn't implemented for Game Master's, it would be like vanilla wall climbing, to find violators. This is applied for Game Masters, not moderators.
