1. Provoke cannot be used on players. 2. Provoke only removes Grounding Buff if you directly target it and provoke it. Moved.

It works if you want to charge with the debuff already applied. If you charge trough binding shot it doesn't stun yet. Maybe the debuff intervall is too slow to apply it.

Nova should have Nova DR yes -> And that's how it is on QA so it's fine. Tested and fixed.
