Addditional proof: Same applies when the warrior charges at the same time as the lock clicked gateway.

1. Provoke cannot be used on players. 2. Provoke only removes Grounding Buff if you directly target it and provoke it. Moved.

It works if you want to charge with the debuff already applied. If you charge trough binding shot it doesn't stun yet. Maybe the debuff intervall is too slow to apply it.
