It will always get bugged. There's only one way to fix it 1) start the encounter, get boss to 75%, he'll spawn the heart 2) kill the heart 3) wipe 4) make sure one of your group members doesn't release, while others release their spirit and ress him 5) restart the encounter 6) Do the 1 and 2 steps, but this time the boss will not bug 7) kill the boss 8)?? 9) profit

There's a really limited amount of high rated players in 3s ladder. Since your rating is pretty high I find it pretty obvious that you're wintrading, because not a single high rated player came forth and told us about 'facing Chainzrow, a rogue of unique skill' yk. But seeing your winrate / rating in 2s I really doubt that you're actually good enough to get that high in 3s. It's clear as a night, this scum is wintrading. I don't know how is he still not banned for it.

Can't donate via phone from Lithuania anymore > . > As machmollo said, reduce the /played time requirement. Getting 7 days of /played time on your alts is a pain in the ass and only promotes afk'ing.

Changing between classes is good for the beginning, because you'll get to learn base mechanics of every single one of them and that will make it easier for you to get into the game. Althou, you should stick to one spec / class at some point. After you do - best way to learn the class is practice, watching good players play the class and learning from it. Don't just do bgs. Try some duels, so you'd know what to do in certain match ups etc. Also a tip, that I would've loved to recieve when I started playing: Get keybinds. This way you won't have to keep an eye on your action bars 24/7 and you'll be able to pay attention to shit that is going around you. Buffs, cc's as you have mentioned yourself. Other than that, there's not much to tell you. Just try to enjoy the game :)
