Several things: Get more staff members. You clearly lack staff on fun realm, getting tickets answered takes 100 years, global chanels are toxic af, more mods are needed. Fix the cross realm. Since everybody is reporting it, I'll try as well. About 2 weeks ago I lost 35 days /played on my ret. Name of the char: Lefap Had 35 days of /played on it, logged in one day to find 0 hours played. Since few weeks have passed and I farmed 6 days on /played by now. But if it's possible I'd like to get my 35 days back. I don't have any proof that I had 35 days on /played. But my char is like 9 months old and I've been seen across the server for quite awhile now. So I bet there are people who could vouch.

I got the same problem on my ret. Had 35 days on /played. It got reset now Im at 5 days 15 hours (grinded it myself from 0 again)

You can also use it before the arena and bait out a reflect with a /cancelaura macro. Just saying

That might be a bug, but then again /petattack macro does make them change target, so just macro that to one of your spells. Overall spell is working just fine and your report is invalid ;)
