  18. Have you ever shared any of your account informations? Also, since someone is logging with your account I suggest you to change password as soon as possible to avoid further loses.

  20. You must open a new thread at other problems subforum and ask admins to change your email. Also, you need to follow this format: 1. Account name. 2. Realm. 3. Current Email on your account, and the Email you want to be changed to. 4. Your IP address, indicate all of them. 5. Proof, that you really are the owner of the account, and Email ( If Microsoft have deleted your Hotmail/Outlook, you don't have to ) 6. Decribe your problem, and why you want to change your Email.   23. Did you check spam folder in your email as well? Also, please tell me what email are you using?
  24. We can't help you with this issue. The character will be deleted only if admins decide to do a cleanup in server (6+ months inactivity) but as far I know this won't happen soon. Closed
  25. After ban GM's send a request to administrators and they ask them to reset violator(s) rating but don't worry since they got punished for wintrading in current season they got disqualified and of course they won't receive any rewards.
