  1. After ban GM's send a request to administrators and they ask them to reset violator(s) rating but don't worry since they got punished for wintrading in current season they got disqualified and of course they won't receive any rewards.

  19. In your case it's better to delete only itemtextcache.wdb instead of whole cache folder. Remember it's important to delete itemtextcache.wdb everytime you're log-in game but of course once in a while it's good to delete cache from your wow directory (when administration implementing fixes)
  20. Try to have deleted itemtextcache.wdb everytime you log-in maybe this is causing disconnects. Cache>WDB>enGB>itemtextcache.wdb and delete it Tell me if it worked
