If you share with us some screen shots with your deleted character would help a lot but still it's really strange why you can't find your character at "deleted char page". GM's need to check your account logs so they can be sure that character Nerfmeqt existed at your account.

But he is doing it just to create more drama. He likes drama and thats why he keep posting screen shots simple as that.

When such issues occurs GM's/admins follow some steps. One of them is to check if the player really donated for them (account logs) this is what I meant. Also, author didn't provide any screen shots in this thread so we couldn't be sure if he donated, for example he could just ask 1 free item from administration did you get my point now? Anyway, author opened a new thread in "donate problems" subforum. Hopefully someone will help him as soon as possible.

Srsly Bukarasik isn't working for pandawow anymore? Tell us what you know :O Yes I support the suggestion as well we need more GM's and mods for sure. Also, I never understood why all GM's are russians can't you hire someone who isn't from Russia? Oh and btw just because some GM's got IRL issues it's not our problem (I don't insult them) if they can't do the work they have to do it's better to resign or at least admins should hire more staff members I know that they're busy with many stuff but it's not a legit excuse. Anyway, respect to pandawow staff some of them are doing great job!!!
