You know whats bugged? Make a research and report it here in this section with the proper format. What you typed above proves nothing and trust me admins/devs won't take serious your report so most likely they will end up closing your topic.

It's because some players at X100 are playing only PvE so most of them aren't good at PvP. If you want pure pvp just keep playing at fun realm.

Not expert with hacks but I think when you're mounted and you're using hacking programms you can't run or fly faster you just move with the mount you're on correct? Maybe he lagged or it's just a visual bug
