This currency will be used so the players can purchase transmogrification items. In the future, we might add the possibility to purchase mounts, shirts etc. Transmogrification NPCs which sell transmogrification items for conquest points, will be converted to honor+new currency Even if you lose the BG, you can complete the BG PvP quests. If you are not afking and you are helping your team, you can complete the damage/healing quest, returning the flag or do 10 killing blows. Maybe we can add a small amount of new currency for the losing team as well. Of course, the winning team will get more points but we can reward the losing team so they won't waste their time for nothing. On topic. This unfair match making (8 players from team #1 and 3 players from team #2) is made only early at the morning when there are not many players. Therefore, there is not any issues with the match making. What happens is that some players are waiting too long in the queue, they afk and they lose their queue. Some others decide that they do not want to play BG anymore and they want to do a raid/scenario etc. (this applies mostly to x100 players). Of course it is know that some players multibox and abuse the queue as well in order to cause a negative impact to the opponent team. So as you understand, there are few parameters that can not predicted or controlled. Maybe we can add deserter when a player decides to afk or lose the BG queue intentionally.

You literally reported a player for equipping an item which he was suppose to equip anyway, there is no bug about it neither as you comprehend there is a bug abuse since developers will only make level limitations on the item so players above level 60 can not use it. If you expect us to ban someone for just equiping a trinket according to your first screenshot and then provide a cutted screenshot (2nd & 3rd screenshot) with some random damages from combat log which does not prove anyway that at that moment the player used the trinket, you are probably clueless. What I can suggest from my side (I have not even discussed it with administrators yet) is to sell characters from permanently banned accounts or from our account that we keep all confiscated characters from scamming, selling characters for real money cases. We can realease characters with 550 ilvl gear or 540-545 with lower prices than the minimum. An example: As I remember, we sold many characters then around 500 gold coins.

As far as you play normally in BGs and you are not afking, even if they report you, you can not be kicked. The reason that we can not add 496 item level gear for free (Tyranical Gladiator sets) is because x100 is not a xfun realm so building your character must be more difficult comparing with xfun. Also, that way some pre Pandaria and Pandaria dungeons will be useless because you will have the chance to obtain 496 ilvl gear for free. The truth is that x100 is turned to a PvE realm anyway so if you are more into PvP I recommend you to start playing on xfun so you can enjoy a more balanced game. Even if you continue PvP on x100 gearing up through BGs (up to 522) won't take more than few days because the honor receivings are increased. Locked.

What you should do is when you will log in with your account and you will see messages "authenticating", "connecting" etc. click really fast at cancel button and it will transfer you to the realm list, from there you will be able to select a different realm. If you are not fast enough, you can reinstall the launcher and then you will be able to select realm.
