No problem, I am more happy to explain the reasons I declined both reports so for future cases authors will make a proper topic and provide the needed evidences but with the first public criticizing comment I will lock the thread and issue a ban to the violators according to server rules. Let's begin. First of all server rules changed in the past years several times, for example if you remember we used to ban for 30 days players for insulting relatives but we now issue a 7 day mute as well as we accept reports only via our ingame report player system. Regarding the example you wrote, capturing a flag with the help of "admin panel hack tool" is a completely different violation. Is capturing the flag with hacking tools same violation as being afk in battlegrounds? Certainly not, it's two completely different things. Also, just to clarify things we of course accept screenshots as proofs for capturing the flag with hacking tools but of course the timestamps must be enabled in chat so we can see when the player took the flag and when he captured it. Completely different violation of server rules. I already explained that in both reports. We need a video proof so we can observe that players afk for a certain amount of time (more than 1 minute) and doing it constantly (video proofs from at least two different battlegrounds). Why? Because we need to have a minimum amount of time when we consider that someone is afking and ruining the game play of the battleground (the 1 minute length condition) and doing it constantly (2 different videos condition). We certainly won't ban someone who afked for few seconds or did it once because dozens of players will get banned daily for this violation and this is not the recommendations we have from administrators. Therefore, I will not accept stupid comments that "jegerm does his own rules and ban whoever he wants" because the how we must handle such violations has already been discussed several months ago by me, administrator Buka as well as our head GM Locative.

We will not accept any screenshots as evidences for this violation for obvious reasons. The author must provide at least two video proofs from two different battlegrounds, each one at least of 1 minute long so we can be sure that the player is staying for a significant amount of time afk and also doing it constantly. What a terrible lie. Not only you have the same IP but your excuse is that you "played with your room mates" is a lie. All the accounts have the exact same mac address which means that all accounts were logged from the same computer. Banned, 30d.

All of them are punished for two months. The additional punishment is for wintrading couple times in the past (repeater) and putting characters in website shop in order to avoid punishment. Banned, 60d.

For future reports, follow the format and indicate realm of characters. All of them are now banned, rating is resetted, items and currencies that got obtained unfairly are also removed.

Hello, we will not refund an item which got deleted due to your own fault. Generally, we do not refund any items which got purchased in game. We can only refund items which got obtained via webiste or in game shop but there are also some limitations. Locked.

Permanent ban in the account you mentioned to prevent it from scamming. Technically, you can give away your account (if it is really yours) to anyone but first we need to be sure that you are the real owner, so the account is permanently banned until we figure out if you are the owner or you want to mess with someoene else's account. You can write me a dm at discord or p.m. here in forums and provide evidences that you own the account. Locked.

So since the server is dogshit I am doing you a favor and I am banning your account for 60 days (30 days for insulting server+ 30 days for deleting your character in order to avoid ban) so you won't be with us anymore. Also, we are very sorry that we are human beings and we can not be 24/7 online so we can reply on your reports and tickets. So out of frustration you created a ticket with your character "Mardezzar" at xfun and you were cocky, arrogant and insulted us about the queues which doesn't work good according to you but on the meantime you can not even comprehend how match making system works right? Good story but the character was not deleted just like because you were mad. Also, the excuse that "think about what happened to player and he insulted server" is at least out of sense. Who gave you the right to insult server and who told you that "farming" you is against server rules? You were obviously on opened world and PvP is allowed, there is nothing we can do, this is how game works. If you need proofs, you can appeal here but you already know what you did so that would be pointless. Locked.

Hello, welcome to our server. You will have to install both our client and launcher because we have some features which other servers do not have. You may take a look here. The report contains zero proofs. The arena log itself on such violation doesn't indicate that someone is arranging arena games or not. We can not ban someone who is losing repeatedly at 3s solo queue, otherwise half server would be banned. We can not determine with the given proofs that it's a lack of skill, inexperienced arena partners or decent opponent team. For arranging arena games we need several video proofs of player losing on purpose. What does that mean? I will give some examples! Using abilities at a given point that offers no benefit to the player like a warlock spamming Life tap while he is full of mana just to lose HP or a healer intentionally standing behind a pillar while the arena fight is taking place in the other side of the map. So for future reports, make sure to have recorded as many games you can and if there is an "unusual behavior" several times we can take actions against the player. For now all I can do is add this player to my watch list. Declined.
