The report contains zero proofs. The arena log itself on such violation doesn't indicate that someone is arranging arena games or not. We can not ban someone who is losing repeatedly at 3s solo queue, otherwise half server would be banned. We can not determine with the given proofs that it's a lack of skill, inexperienced arena partners or decent opponent team. For arranging arena games we need several video proofs of player losing on purpose. What does that mean? I will give some examples! Using abilities at a given point that offers no benefit to the player like a warlock spamming Life tap while he is full of mana just to lose HP or a healer intentionally standing behind a pillar while the arena fight is taking place in the other side of the map. So for future reports, make sure to have recorded as many games you can and if there is an "unusual behavior" several times we can take actions against the player. For now all I can do is add this player to my watch list. Declined.

Hello, if you purchase a mount via website or in game shop you will have it with all your characters in your account but on the realm. For example x100 realm has a different table of mounts from x5 & xfun, which means that if you purchase a mount at x100 realm you will have it with all your characters at x100 but not with your characters at xfun or x5 realms.

I just witnessed the player on couple games and he continued not fighting against his opponents therefore he is now banned for a month for winning/losing on purpose multiple times. Regarding the author, if you want to report someone for such violation in the future do not leave the arena without a fight, play normally, lose and make a report like you just did against the offender. There was a general issue yesterday but it got fixed. You may try to log in again now and as Khyntia said let us know if you are still unable to log in.

As skorpionzik said, characters can not be transferred from x5 or xfun to x100 realm because the new realm is still at patch 5.0.5 and it's progressive. If you want to play there you will have to create a new character and build him from the beginning. Locked.
