Try reinstall our main client (not the new launcher) because it could be possible to have corrupted files in your inventory.

This message probably appears because you have never runned the game with the launcher or at least you're not using it correctly. This message appears if you aren't playing with the launcher or if you haven't installed in your pc these libraries. Please install them because it's necessary in order to queue again for BG/arena.

Sadly, at the moment it's not possible to see the solo queue ladder since it's not scripted yet. Probably in the nearest future, administration will hire a web developer and he will implement it in website but till then you must be patient. Closed

Simply, when a player will say something offensive do right click on his nickname and choose the appropriate reason to report him. It's funny to complain about rules and policies because before you register in our server you clicked at "I have read and agree with Pandawow rules". If you have evidences against this players you can always report them here and we will check closely your report.
