Because public discussions about the actions of staff members are forbidden. All this years when a player wanted to report a staff member he would simply P.M. the community manager and he/she would interview the staff member, in private. Why? Because usually the proofs of the ban contain private informations e.g. IPs, usernames, payment or bank details etc (depending on the case). So as you understand there is no need the whole community to see all this things and keep in mind that not all staff members have access to every aspect of the server so each case is confidencial and it is handled by the staff member who issued the punishment. Of course higher ranked staff members, like administrators can interfere anytime they wish.

Next thread which will opened for this issue will be considered as spam and you will end up with a banned forum account. The ban appeal section you created the thread is not a place to discuss with Buka and Locative, either you like it or not, I already advised you what you should do, so take my advise and quit with the smart talk. Characters Hox, Qoco and Xayas are now banned for arranging arena games.

If your character exist in any realm you can find him here https://cp.pandawow.me/en/armory.html by selecting the realm you play on and simply writting the nickname of the character in the search bar. Also, I just searched your nickname "Kilick" in our ptr realm and it seems you play there. This is just a test realm we have, you will have to play on our original realms (x5,xfun or x100) that's why in site it says that you do not have any characters. If the realms can not be viewed please dm me at Pandawow's discord and I will help you fix any kind of errors your client has.

There is no character with this nickname in any realm neither there is a ticket opened regarding this issue at the moment. Please link your character who got stucked from Pandawow's armory so we can resolve your issue.

Hello, it's because we don't have service which allows the transfer from OLD x100 realm to new x100 realm. If you want to play in our new x100 realm you will have to create a new character and gear him up from the beginning. You can only transfer characters from old x100 realm to x5 or xfun. Locked.

Hello, when you reach level 85 you receive automatically quest "The King's Command" and you should visit King Varian in stormwind inside the temple. Then there is another quest called "The mission" where you just have to deliver the quest in the airship at Northern Elwynn Mountains. If you haven't completed this quest line you won't be able to see the portal. You can also take a look at the guide here. Let me know if the issue still persists.

Hello, your account got permanently banned by me yesterday so you can not log in again with this account since you are not the legitimate owner of the account. The real owner messaged me and provided proofs that he is the owner and I also confirmed it via his IPs because the one he is using right now was used years ago too when you hadn't access to account midters12. Requests were sent to administrators and now both email and password are changed so you can not have access to the account anymore. An additional investigation will take place against you and in case you messed and caused damage to this account you will receive an additional punishment. Locked.

Client files have been updated. You need to restart the launcher and delete the Cache folders (in the root directory) and the Data/Cache folder (another cache folder inside the Data folder) for the game client to function correctly.
