It's none of your business, isn't it? It's not about hurting anyone's feelings, we are always more than happy to receive complaints and if someone from staff issued a wrong punishment, he/she should be interviewed by administration. You can make a ban appeal at the right section and the GM who issued the ban, can provide the evidences for the "silly reason" you got banned. The administration, will also look at your appeal as they always do and if a violation were commited by the staff, actions will be taken. Locked to prevent further drama.
