I have already recorded this player being afk and I will need you for future reports to record him as well because we can not know when player joined the battleground (referring in score board screenshots with zero damage and heal) and also taking a screenshot of his characters doesn't help at all because only a video proof will prove that the characters are not fighting in the battleground. Both characters obviously belong to the same person and they are now banned.

Hello, you either installed addons which are from previous or next game expansions or you forgot to extract the addon file inside your Interface folder (Interface>AddOns>Extract all addons inside).

It works. If you ignore someone before you enter in a BG/arena aka not being in cross realm the character will be added in your ignore list and you won't be able to see any messages from that player. It is not true. We receive reports from all realms meaning that, if you are even inside cross realm in a BG for example and you report a player we will receive your report. Declined.

Hello, characters can not be moved automatically to a realm. Someone has to use the service otherwise if no one doesn't, the characters will be permanently deleted when the opportunity of moving to a new realm will close. We won't move automatically any characters. Someone logged at 2023-03-31 15:02:02 from Italy in control panel and made the transfer if it wasn't you, then someone else did it. If you share your account with third party people you should ask them, if not you should change immediately your password and email address to avoid such issues in the future but I am informing you that the action can not de undone now.
