I guess that you're talking for the "report afk" option which is available in BG's. Well, as you said above this feature isn't working and I can assure you that will never work in pandawow because it's not always helpful and people in retail abused it to kick someone who didn't like. Most likely, in pandawow people will abuse it to kick low geared players from the group and trust me this will cause many troubles. Declined

The issue could also be your guild or an outdated addon you may use. Try to disable all your addons and if still it doesn't work write a pm to Locative or Zillius to summon you in your capital city but I am not sure if this going to help. Let me know if it worked.
