    Pretty much Bukarasik answered but you don't need to worry about it because when GM's are banning someone for wintrading it's a must to message administrators and ask them to reset violator rating. Anyway, when I made the bans I messaged Zeox so their rating will be resetted as soon as possible.

Administration informed community a week ago that all bonuses will be converted to silver coins and since your character got sold before the update it's obvious that you wouldn't get gold coins. It's not our problem that you sold the character before the update and we can't do nothing about it now. Closed

  8. Did you try to repair your character from website? Also, can you please be more specific about your issue e.g. when you're trying to log-in with your game account are you getting any errors or you're stucked at "connecting" for example. In case that the issue is resolved let us know.
