You are correct there, but not all of them should be available while inside Sha Realm (Maze Event), full list of spells which shouldn't work will be posted tomorrow evening. Waiting for Test Server Update now to test last fixes, after that will post few more found bugs and answer to question about 8. problem.

Problem: Garrosh drops 2 mounts on 10-Man Heroic Mode too, but due to the fact that both of them are stacked it is impossible to loot that mount (check screenshot). How it should work: Garrosh should drop 1 mount on 10-Man Heroic Mode and 2 mounts on 25-Man Heroic Mode (Mounts should be separated in loot table).
