Wrong section for appeal.

I'm not mad I just don't like the way U talked aka in this case I felt it was directed at me.

If you see someone that is a "rude fuck" you might wanna report it instead of yelling at someone in-game it's way easier. Or just ignore since u are very common with that command I assume.

Guys, let me clear off something:

-GMs need to be impartial and neutral.

-Chat Moderators are GM lvl1, so the 1st rule applies to them aswell.

-a GM/Chat Moderator being in a guild doesn't mean he will favour them in any way.

-a GM/Chat Moderator is forced, by the rules of the server, to mute ANYONE that breaks public chat rules, including his guildmates or close friends.

-most GMs or Chat Moderators that are members of a guild are there for either of these 2 reasons:

1)they want to keep in touch with their friends.

2)it's a staff guild where staff members can interact and colaborate directly.

Many GMs in the game were active players so, in time, they made friends. It's only normal that they keep the friendship active as long as friendship doesn't interfeer with the job.

Me, as a Chat Moderator and then a GM of the FUN realm, I've muted and banned plenty of my guild members and even close friends. There was nothing else I could do, catching them in the act, besides a slap on the forehead and then a ban 5 seconds later.

Rules are rules.

I don't agree with some of them, I'm sure none of the staff members fully agree with ALL the rules, but they are there to be followed by everyone.

A GM/Chat Moderator that breaks the same rules he should enforce will suffer penalties even greater then what is listed, and it's only reasonable to be so since THEY are the ones that should set the example for everyone. That includes losing the job and even a permanent ban, depending on the gravity.

Yes i know all about this But i am a Guild master and it wont Change , I have muted My Guildies for Spamming etc But i Made it clear With GM's That before i do anything I am allowed to warn a player Before i mute him (Because that is the way i do it , First warn them so they pay attention in the Future)

Cogman was already told and warned not to interfere But in this case StarCaller Though that he is getting insulted by him Meanwhile He wasn't. Cogman said it to the Violator named Weedog which was Insulting me and Borz.

I am neutral with players But some of them such as the Guy who keeps insulting me Which you can see in this Thread here http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=152605 Simply hate me because Either they got Guild Kicked and Butthurt Because they didn't Follow the rules or they are maybe jealous in any way , There's a lot of reasons why people Can hate me.

And besides i know all the rules , No need for any explanations, And i didn't Mute him that time because it was told by GM's that the player which does that should be reported and then Banned.

I have yet to see that with a certain forum moderator here, or any staff actually punished for something. It's all just warnings. Just a bunch of "slap on the wrists" really. Can you explain this?

Just people calm down if mod is in guild noone cares.Im not scared of them i respect them as they are but some mods need to be monitored. And dont post after every word they say you to just put him on ignore list and problem solved

Of course I can.

Like 2 months ago or so, we had a Mod who went on a rampage and muted hundreds of accounts just because he could. He got fired immediately and I'm willing to put money on the fact he got a perma ban aswell.

The server's staff, and I mean admins and GMs, don't really tolerate such behavior and they take action against it. They do notice and monitor the activity of their staff and they DO act if something isn't right.

Now, in Furmetal's case, he got a warning from his superior. That's enough. A GM warning a Mod about something is pretty much "2 strikes" in one blow, if he does it again he's out. You can believe that.

I got banned for insulting right before i got modded. So yea, they do take action of it. And got a higher punishment than a regular player.

No,you weren't.Moderators do not get any punishment because these admins see no power abuse,by the simple fact that:

The moment the admin was supposed to mute or ban you-the moment he closed down the last thread you were reported, you were still online and talking (Børz). And you kept clucking about for hours to come.

Not really. Just stop with whatever you're trying to write, you don't even know if i was punished or not. You're just guessing.

That's your opinion on the matter. You probably consider your warning a punishment? It's just a warning.

In conclusion, you weren't punished.Should be simple for you to understand.
