6. Priority of the problem: idk, depends on if this also don't work for Obliterate (idk), can't even crit 150k on leathers while a warrior can do 280k crits on leathers.. (war have alot of defensives and alot of movility, while dk frost have no defensives almost and no movility, i think that a dk frost should do more dmg than a war just because his lack of defensives and movility.

PS the lack of 30% is just a visual bug. You can go hit a creep and you will see you do more dmg than your stats show

My friend who is 530 ilvl warrior atm did a 173k crit on me yesterday, and again, hes only 530...and im 550.

It's better to zone or relog after you switch weapons that rely on passives like that.

That is known to happen with Shockwave or Dragon Roar, especially DR. Anyway, I play a 529 Enhancement shaman and I've hit a 271k Ele Blast in Arathi yesterday. Does that make enhancements more OP then warriors?

I wouldn't say that, depends on what class you hit and what ilvl they were, like if it was someone with 200k from x100. And no it doesn't, i was just talking about damage, and my friend did that in a duel, and i feel like you do more damage and healing in duels for some reason.

War can do 135+k critics on my dk in blood presence if i let him test burst (he is not 550 ilvl, 7 griveous items), a 550 dk frost can't even 100k almost going full buffs on a blood dk or a warrior with defensive actitude in test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVd-LrK7IgY (i will make a video on my dk frost doing test tomorrow, no time now.)

wOh its true i tested vs more mobs, 30% is visual bug, and the 40% on Obliterate works correctly also.

 

But the point of warriors dmg vs dk frost is still a problem i think.

Dk frost can't even reach 100k (using http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=76095/potion-of-mogu-power) vs a war in tank actitude, while a warrior under 550ilvl can reach 135k self buffs over a dk in blood presence.

 

I will test over dk too in few hours.

Seems a joke than a war without 550set can crit alot more than a dk frost over the same objectives, considering the lack of movility and lack of defensives on dk frost vs the war movility and defensives.

 

I serously think that dk frost dmg is so low in comparation to other classes.

I don't understand what's all that cry about warriors on the first place

I've never lost in a 1v1 against one so far. The only problem is that I'm now missing a lot of parry (faction change) due to a dumb bug ( http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=157497 ) which doesn't allow me to parry half of the warrs' hits during the battle.

 

Warriors can ignore 50% of your armor which brings you down to 40% physical reduction while in blood presence; which is still fine given the fact that you have bonus stamina

 

against a dummy I normally do 500k oblit crits and ~720k during during burst. And that's 6 obliterates in a row when I rune-reset. Add the pretty much permanent cc immune you get for being a frost dk and the warr's only option is to kite you for 2minutes (funny watching that melee class doing it but he's got no choice)

that's an epic dummy with about 40% physical dmg reduction; I was talking about the small one

 

but yeah, that's pretty much like a warrior in a battle stance, so reduce your damage 3 (0.2*1.62=~0.32 dmg in pvp) times and you can see how much you'd hit one for (166k or 125k if he is in def stance)

Ok, then u are saying i should do 125k crits when war is in def stance? i even don't do 125k when he is on battle stance..

Use the training dummies in Northshire, they have little to no armor.

 

The problem is the low dmg as dk frost on pvp, check the videos i made.

 

The main idea is: dk's frost lack of movility and lack of defensives should be balanced with more dmg if he get near his enemy than a warrior at least, who can charge and stay near the enemy all time doing dmg, while a frost dk can't. (the lack on movility and defensives is aplicable to almost all classes which have powerful defensives and healings, if dk frost can't def himself almost or reach his enemies ez, he should make better dmg.)

Fix needs review

Might Of The Frozen Wastes should increase melee damage by 30% ONLY when equipped Two-Handed. If we equip One-Handed weapons we still benefits from +30% increased dmg
