look on min 6.45 when baj. swap to the rogue and cc the healer how the spell have travel time and delay.

nah you clearly dont get it... when you use storm bolt from distance .. it does not stun how it should... after reaching the target .. the target recieves the damage but not the stun .. the stun occours after 1-3 seconds AFTER the damage was dealt

Tested 2 times to be sure, ingame for me the spell/talent work as on retail.

(see on my focus target how stun apply in the same time with the damage)

storm bolt doesnt stun when it hits the target.

when the stormbolt reaches the target, the target recieves the damage but the stun has 1-3 seconds delay. its not lag.

but is better for me, i have 3 seconds for reach my target and ... Bladestorm!!!

you used it on your focus that was like 4 yards away from you ...

don't need to rage or be mad, i'm not your enemy i just want to help, thats why i test things and post here. (btw - i post here as a player who know very well how warrior talents/spell must work)

anyway back to the subject. i think you are right. after testing this for distance +15 yards i must say that the spell stun have a delay and also lose 1-2 seconds from the stun itself.

 

2 sec pass after my cast, damage+stun effect fly(1sec), stun effect lose 1sec from the base 4 sec stun

I confirm it does not work as intended. Has a delay when used from max range. I'm 100% certain that the target gets stuned AT LEAST a second after the animation hits.

Hello,i have a problem with warrior .does not generate anger,only 15 to 30 of anger and i keep it in attitude of battle and without anger i would not allow anything to be done,my talent is gun.i could give a solution thanks compliments crixus.

after the cast if the target range is greater than 20 yards the stun don't apply to the target.

Confirmed: Stormbolt hits the target and it takes an adittional 1-2 seconds for the stun to trigger, second bug is if u use it on a mounted player and he gets out of range there is no effect, no stun and no damage, but I dont know if this is a bug or how it should be, other spells can be used on mounted players.
