Still bugged, found that if you start casting arcane blast whilst the last missile is going through the buff stays at "4" stacks and does not get removed. luckily it is a visual bug but if you use Weak Auras it can be miss leading and cause wasted mana.

Theres no change on the PTR just wait they will fix it eventually im sure they are aware of it but theres other bugs they have been fixing.
