Well there is still a chance to get them banned. I edited your format, it's now up to GM's if they will accept proofs but next time if you want to report someone when you're inside BG or arena make sure to screenshot the scoreboard because from there we can see from which realm are the violators.

There is nothing you can do about it. It's a server side issue but admins trying to fix it please be patient. Also, it's not a must to restart your client just wait 1-2 minutes and connection will come back. Closed

We don't need "cool" posts from you, if you have something important to say post it but if you are coming on this threads just to quote posts and arguing with author it's better to not post at all. Players aren't from fun realm. Checked both via armory and they are from x100 realm. Everytime you report someone when you're inside BG or arena you have to provide proofs in your format from which realm is the players. Therefore, edit your report and provide proofs.

It's not that we can't do nothing about it but our policy is different. Simply we don't refund bonuses in this case but you can open a new thread at donate problems and ask administration to provide your account logs to see every action done in your account and how your bonuses spend and yes I already read that no one else knew your account informations but still we can't help.
