Your IP address, indicate all of them. 5. Proof, that you really are the owner of the account, and Email ( If Microsoft have deleted your Hotmail/Outlook, you don't have to ) 6. Not according to rules. Read the rules for reporting. From now on if you want to report someone for family insults you need to prove it with a video and if you want to report someone for spamming you must have timestamps enabled. Don't forget that you can always use ignore feature. Declined -
