First of all, I'd recommend you to repair your characters from website and delete folder cache from your wow inventory. Then try to run pandawow-32 as administrator and log-in. If that won't help reboot both pc and router and try to reconnect.

Can you log-in at fun realm but you can't at x100 or you can't log-in both realms?
