Strange because character Derblack still exists. Check the email you registered with if someone transfered your character to his account. If you don't have any email from our server it means that the hacker either deleted the email for transfer request or your character got deleted. I recommend you to take a look at "deleted characters" in website to see if your character is there and if yes you simply need to restore him with bonuses.

Okey first of all I want to say that I am not developer, I am only a moderator & int tech support. Now regarding your issue, I saw your report and it's completely incorrect. Everytime you report a bug you have to follow the format otherwise even if the bug exists report will get denied. I am not sure if the bug really exists because I didn't test it but if it's not working report it in this section with the correct format and a developer will look it as soon as possible.

Two other guys had the same issue with you and I found them a solution. The issue should be with your connection, other guys who experienced this problem they were able to log-in at fun realm from any other internet connection but they were not able to log-in from their homes. So pretty much there are two things you can do: 1. Change router and try to connect again in Xfun 2. Change internet company

Only happens in cross realm. Outside it works perfect I just test it and of course it's the same for all buffs not just for mark of the wild (Gbok, power of forti etc).
