Therefore, try to switch language from spanish to english. I don't know if that will even help but I am not sure for this issue, it's just really weird. Also, you can try repair your characters from website.

Did you try to reboot your router and then try to log-in again?

Try to repair your characters from website and delete cache folder, account folder which is inside WTF folder and try to log-in again.
