Players aren't from fun realm. Checked both via armory and they are from x100 realm. Everytime you report someone when you're inside BG or arena you have to provide proofs in your format from which realm is the players. Therefore, edit your report and provide proofs.

It's not that we can't do nothing about it but our policy is different. Simply we don't refund bonuses in this case but you can open a new thread at donate problems and ask administration to provide your account logs to see every action done in your account and how your bonuses spend and yes I already read that no one else knew your account informations but still we can't help.
