They barely check general discussion subforum because they're not that active and they handle other subforums like report a player,tech support,bug tracker etc.. So it's kinda hard to moderate all subforums

Even if you playing in Fun realm for example and u want to sent something in your char at x100 realm u should be able to sent it since this is how it is on retail So probably it's bugged
