Try reinstall our main client (not the new launcher) because it could be possible to have corrupted files in your inventory.

This happened because both realms got reverted to the old revision due to some issues we had with latency. We already found the issue which is causing troubles in our server and it should be fixed till tommorow so after the upcoming update you will be able to use Direct X 11 again. Closed

You can create a bug report about it here. We already motivated players with the transmogrification vendors and of course no currencies will be enough to obtain such sets. This message probably appears because you have never runned the game with the launcher or at least you're not using it correctly. This message appears if you aren't playing with the launcher or if you haven't installed in your pc these libraries. Please install them because it's necessary in order to queue again for BG/arena.

Sadly, at the moment it's not possible to see the solo queue ladder since it's not scripted yet. Probably in the nearest future, administration will hire a web developer and he will implement it in website but till then you must be patient. Closed
