Try reinstall our main client (not the new launcher) because it could be possible to have corrupted files in your inventory.

This happened because both realms got reverted to the old revision due to some issues we had with latency. We already found the issue which is causing troubles in our server and it should be fixed till tommorow so after the upcoming update you will be able to use Direct X 11 again. Closed

You can create a bug report about it here. We already motivated players with the transmogrification vendors and of course no currencies will be enough to obtain such sets. Also, there is no reason to add such npcs in-game if this features will eventually get fixed and keep in mind that you can purchase CM sets from the site. Closed
