In the first weeks, when Zeox implemented the 3s solo queue he setted the ilvl requirement to 530+ if I am not mistaken because we had many complaints that players were in the same team with noobs. Although, the truth was that both teams that there were playing had inexperienced players in their group since the ilvl requirement was the same for everyone so their argument wasn't valid in the first place. At least, this was a fact in most of the games. Weeks later, players continued to complain but this time for a different reason. They stated that no one was queuing for 3s solo since we increased the ilvl requirement and then we were forced to set minimum ilvl requirement back to 520+. Conclusion, community have to decide what they prefer more. They prefer to have decent mates in their team but get queue after 10-15 mins or probably be in a group with inexperienced and low geared players but get queue within few minutes. Both sides have their points but only one can be real.

Check if your character can be restored via CP. All you need to do is to log-in with your game account here, select option "show all services" and then click at "work with character". There you can find the feature which allows you to restore your deleted character. Let me know if your character can be restored or not.

It's because you learned the mount inside cross realm that's why you lost it. When you're purchasing a new mount no matter if you bought it from website store or in-game you must learn it in open world, relog and then use it. Anyway, I am afraid that you have to buy again your mount because we can't restore it since it got obtained in-game. Closed

According to what I see you got muted for spamming aka 3.3 rule but not for 3.4 since this is a completely different rule and it's punishment is standard (720 mins of mute). Sadly, I can't say with certainty if the mute wasn't according to rules because I still didn't see any evidences from our moderator so you can make an appeal here and we will check closely if the punishment was fair or not.

The in-game report player system works great, we're banning daily players for relative insults and of course for other chat violations. In most of the cases, players are confused and they can't understand when someone insulting their relatives, provoking or in fact they just type something stupid for your mom just to annoy you, the last one isn't bannable. Remember that if someone won't mention something about your relatives even if it's too obvious to you we can't punish him. Also, keep in mind that you can always put this character in your ignore list. If he really violated rules when you reported him then he got punished since we check each report closely but our server has a feature which allows you to unban your account so he might used that.
