You can't buy his character nickname. You either need to buy his character which is impossible since he has 7 hours played time or make a deal with the player when he comes online which also seems impossible to me since he won't spend his gold/silver coins for nothing. We actually do that and we also banned permanently all their alts and main accounts but the guys who are hacking simply use each time new IP address to continue violating our server rules. Already replied in your appeal.
