Log-in with your game account at pandawow's control panel>Shop>Buy item>Transmog items>Cloth>Type the ID of item which is 95475. Closed -
If someone transferred your character it means that he has access in your game account and he can also log-in with the email you registered with because if someone wants to transfer a character he need to complete the verification. In case this happened you need to change your password in both email & game account to avoid further losses. Regarding your character, we can't do nothing because we're not responsible for this loss.
