It says that "This video is unavailable." If you right clicked on violator's name I would be able to see extra informations about character. Also, just because you provided a video proof it doesn't mean nothing. The rules for reporting a player clearly state that we won't accept a report if you won't provide extra evidences for the violator e.g. /who player name or right click on character's nickname.
