He said that you're "bi**h" not your mother so it was an insult towards you. All he said is that "I am not your mother" which isn't an insult towards your relatives. Player is muted for players insults.

If you have it make tread in right place on forum. Check your client folders cearfully. Delete all folders only leave DATA and WTF and of course Pandawow.exe (launcher). You can also save Interface folder but for a while move out from game folder. Important step – It’s downloading new client, in case your old one might be damaged. You should download it from official website or from our, fixed and ready to launch. Only this two clients can fit security requirements and quality. Any other client might be damaged or had viruses. Launch the game with PandaWoW.exe Enter your login and not your email address. Check your account and password in control panel on website. If you can’t access it, seems u have problem with your internet/router or provider. Also check your antivirus or any other soft for pc security. It might be blocking game or server connection. Turn off everything, restart your PC and check it. If problem is still there don’t forget to turn everything back online. If this instruction didn’t helped you, follow This rules. If you hadn't log-in with your account since 2014 then your characters got deleted for inactivity and most likely someone took your character's names that's why I see those names on different accounts now. I am afraid that we can't help you with this issue since characters are deleted. Closed

Weird because all characters I mentioned above Wussey, Vex and Vaeh are on different accounts and regarding the email you wrote above when I am typing it to search what characters are on it it says that "No players found". Maybe you're not the real owner of this account?

So you're stating that this is the email you registered with and in this account you have characters: Vex, Wussey, Vaeh and so on right?

Ask your friend to restart both pc and router but I think issue should be resolved because yesterday there were general problems with the log-in of server. Let me know if it worked.
