Maybe you got auto ban because you fall under textures and anti hack system detected you as hacker? If so you had to repair your character from website after your unban.

Of course you want us to write specifically which color is forbidden? When we say that you shouldn't have background in your chat we mean that your chat box should be white or "clear" as you say like the screenshot you shared above but sadly still I can't punish Vegarx because the screenshot is cutted.
