This npc allows you to transmog legendary items. The npc you need to upgrade your legendary back is Voidbinder Sturzah which is located inside the same house with reforging npc, transmogrification npc etc...

They have a different job from QA testers. Their job is to login live servers find bugs, report them at forums and then of course developers need to fix those bugs. You and all QA testers did pretty much the same thing in the past without payment so as you understand there is a difference between QA tester and pandawow tester. This happens with every staff member not only with QA testers even if you can't see it sometimes. I recommend you guys to ignore them and keep it chill because we all know that even if everything is perfect in our server people will still complain. Anyway, on topic now I believe that it would be fair for you guys to get the same payment with live pandawow testers or maybe Zeox should give you both positions (pandawow tester & QA tester) so you can get the same payment with them. Just a thought from me.

Did you delete folder cache from your wow inventory? You should do it everytime after an update. I did like 10 duels in Xfun and it seemed to work for me (didn't test it at cross yet). Maybe I was lucky and it didn't get bugged for me so I will just wait others to comment as well.

Cross or open world?

Fixed and implemented today morning. It's working in open world but I don't know if it's still bugged at cross realm.

Quest was never bugged at least no one complained about it. Most likely, you did something wrong with the quest line and you couldn't proceed but anyway as you said above we can't reset a quest for a specific player. Closed

Ask admins I am not going to make the update so I am not sure. As far I know they don't have a specific day when they do the updates but since it's major bug it's going to happen soon.

There isn't any other possible way. Why don't you create a new account, buy bonuses there and buy your characters back?

Since you bought the item months ago I can't be sure that admins will give you the item back because it's long time ago and there is a change to not have your logs from the period you bought the item but you can always open a thread at donate problems and ask admins to restore your item. Sorry I misunderstood your issue before. When you're saying that your combat abilities aren't working I guess you mean backstab but this is how backstab spell is working in assasination spec. For more informations you can take a look here (please look backstab ability from 17:20 until 17:30). This ability pretty much procing in this spec and this is how it should work actually. Of course to use other abilities like Recuperate for example you must have combo points in your target to use them. Closed

Can you create a new rogue really fast and check if you have the same issue with the new character as well?

Try to reset both specializations you currently have (sub and assasin) from the in-game trainer and then learn combat specialization, unlearn it and choose assasin spec again. It should work. Of course make sure to relog everytime you change your specialization.

Please show us a screenshot of your issue and you can also try delete folder cache from your wow inventory.
