This isn't possible. As far I know there isn't any limit at deleted characters so you don't need to worry that you won't be able to delete & restore your characters after a while if that's your concern.

Probably you can't log-in because you have 10 characters in realm. Create a new pandawow account and try to log-in at xfun.
