Pretty much Cogman answered. It's obvious that you're overreacting when you're saying that PvE content is completely bugged while SoO and other raids/dungeons are working decently. Also, I am not sure if you're new in our server but I can assure you that developers did a huge progress regarding PvP and PvE content. If you don't believe me check the fixed section and I am sure you will understand. Moreover, I have stated many times that people who saying that server isn't good and all they do is bash our server it's better to leave right now. Remember no one force you to stay here.
