At 0:42 with full buffs, Agony does 14025 At 1:01, with no buffs present, and he hasn't touched the 4th dummy ever since the first soul swap, Agony lowers automatically and does 12328 Soul-swapped DoT scaling should be dynamic. This is clearly the intended behaviour.

How it should work: When both the player AND the target are running (>70% speed), the player should get an increase of 2.66yards to his attack range (autoattacks,special melee attacks, melee spells, ranged spells).   12. The 30s buff snapshots the stats (including haste, SPELL_ATTR5_HASTE_AFFECT_DURATION) and then spits out shields based on those, since that's the one with the base (342.58) in the DBC. The individual shield buffs don't have a base.

    Seal of Insight

    Right now it works 100% like it worked during 5.4.8, with a list of spells. This is an unintentional bug, since in theory Seal of Insight increases all healing done by the paladin 5%. This was stealthfixed in WoD when Blizzard re-visited this spell to remove the haste component, and noticed the issue. They changed SPELL_AURA_ADD_PCT_MODIFIER (for specific spells) to SPELL_AURA_MOD_HEALING_DONE_PERCENT (for overall healing output), as is the intentional behavior claimed by the tooltip. The point of this thread is that Zeox said that PandaWoW doesn't implement retail bugs (which this one was), and it got stealthfixed later by Blizzard.

    Seal of Insight

    Name: Seal of Insight Problem: It does not increase the lv90 row for paladins by 5%. How it should work: Seal of Insight should increase all healing the paladin does by 5%. Date: 7/6/18 Realm: All Priority: 6/10 This was a retail bug throughout MoP, which they later stealthfixed in WoD. Since PandaWoW does not implement retail bugs, they should implement this intentional behavior for SoI. MoP DBC: WoD DBC (they stealthfixed it so that instead of a static spell list, it passively increases ALL healing output by 5%):
  25. Yeah it's definitely target-specific. You can see that the treant was the one who procced the buff. Then you can see the treant disappear, which is why the debuff isn't refreshed later and is lost, until the 30cd is up so it can proc again.
