  11. Beacon of Light and Mastery are not affected by Dampening/Battle fatigue/Nerve Strike because the original heal already is. That would be double dipping. See above. Perhaps you should consider there's nothing actually "positively" broken left, at least that was my experience so far on Pandawow. Again as I said above, if you find anything wrong (which I highly doubt is feasible) lemme know and I'll look into it. Vaguely stating that "healing is too strong" does nothing, since the formulas have already been corrected from their previous underpowered state (the above reports show that). Just because other classes might be bugged, like someone mentioned Rdruid earlier, does not take away from the fact that Hpal is nearly fixed. It's not a competition which class has the most fixes.

How it should work: 1) Flash of Light should consume the buff to get increased by 10%, but also re-proc a new buff. 2) Eternal Flame's DIRECT heal should consume the buff to increase both the direct AND the HoT by 10%.     Shroud delay

    Perhaps the "500ms" delay you refer to was caused by the spell batching on units other than yourself, which was 400ms. This system is not used on Pandawow, which is why everything feels "instant". Example: On retail if you healed a unit other than yourself (e.g. a partner), their health would be replenished when the next spell batch was processed (1-400ms). On Pandawow, when you heal someone other than yourself, the health is replenished instantly because this system is not in place, or it exists with a very low interval such as 10ms. In conclusion, since rogue "casts" shroud on other units, the coming in and out of it should be instant on Pandawow. Just a theory tho no bashing.
