    The irony of it all is that this is all discussed on a report that "buffs" rdruids. Although, there's no such thing as "buff" or "nerf" on a static patch, only "fix" in order to work as blizzlike as possible.

  17. Me too, honestly. I've seen a shield build up to ~54k on retail with a single heal but that's too little to count, we can't be sure about the cap.
  18. That sounds reasonable. Could this be done only to the cap without messing up the generation of the shield? Aka a 100k heal with 25% mastery should create a 25k shield (not affected by battle fatigue), buildable up to ~74k (cap affected).
  19. Bump, lv90 tier should not be affected by Seal of Insight (5%). They should be affected by Holy Insight (25%). Seal of Insight Holy Insight Holy prism is missing from this, but it's clear from the calculations from the retail proof that it should in fact be affected too.
  20. Yes, only asphyxiate and shout. It shouldn't be castable on others while cheap shot for example, only on self.

    Just to make it clear, you mean "superior" as in more close to blizzlike than other healers who might be suffering from negative bugs, correct? I choose to mainly report things about the only spec I play, I don't see why that's deemed wrong in your eyes. It's like saying someone who built themselves a nice 2story house should devote all of their time into fixing everyone else's 30m2 studios.
