I'm usually maining a ret but I refuse to play it until this bug is fixed... It feels absolutely awkward having two BURST talents of the same tier at the same time.

Hunters killing a 600k hp target in a second and a half? What's wrong with them? Can't really find any bugs as my hunter is Tyrannical geared and deals 0 damage.

This is only a speculation that has never been updated. I've played during S15 on retail and can tell you, for sure, that there weren't upgrades for PvP gear. EDIT: http://wow.gamepedia.com/Item_upgrading

It shouldn't take as much time. Making Battle Fatigue an invisible debuff which lasts for 20 seconds should be the easiest thing. This is truly a 10/10 issue. People in this server do duels most of the time and this is gamebreaking for duels. How could they even afford to have such a gamebreaking bug for so long? I even bet they don't know about it cause they couldn't care less for the international forums. If this was any other server it would've been fixed 10 times by now. -

Then edit your OP ;d Make it to "SHOULDN'T be instant" as it currently is while it shouldn't be.

Soulfire indeed does too much damage and Shadowbolt indeed does just a little bit lower damage than it should. But remove that M0lten Core crap, please. Soul Fire shouldn't be instant... M0lten Core stacks only mean that you can get off more faster-cast Soul Fires in your burst. There's a bug, however that if you click your Soul Fire button too fast with 2+ M0lten Core stacks it will indeed shoot an instant Soul Fire.. and that SHOULD NOT happen! EDIT: AHAHAHAHHAHAH! "M0lten" if written correctly is censured xDDD This is truly the most shitty server I've ever seen.

From today, http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=86172/divine-purpose , is baseline for all paladins (at least rets). I am specced into Holy Avenger but am getting Divine Purpose procs. This is gamebreaking, beyond 10/10 even. Rets can't be allowed to have 2 burst talents at once. Tested on 9/1/2015. Priority 11/10.

I can't care less whether I'm alliance or horde lol.... I got mad because I bust my ass off and lost by 10 points... We got farm and they got stables at like literally the same time.. We were both at 1590 and we had 1 base each.. The odds were like 50 - 50 and we lost... that sucked.. Also, I was a rogue that defended like more than 50% of the BG.. and was pretty bad geared too.. If I wanted to I could top the damage charts... Obviously I didn't lol. How come you make the conclusion that I'm mad because I didn't top the charts.. Are you for real? -
So apparently when I test it and it's working fine it isn't and I'm wrong and my math is wrong and I have no idea about WoW mechanics.. but when you test it and it's working fine all of a sudded it's fine indeed but I'm still wrong. Nice logic m8. I really don't think that dummies have armor, at least in Pandawow.. And if they have - it should be really negligible. Now go to my Obliterate bug report, read my proof in the OP and tell me more about how dummies have armor and I'm wrong. What will you come up with? That my white hits on the dummy are reduced by armor but my Obliterates aren't? You said two things today: that Frost Strike damage is bugged and that Obliterate damage is fine... And you're wrong about both of those. That must be your face, not mine. Cya.

Might of the Frozen Wastes (by 30%) and Mastery. Might of the Frozen Wastes is already affecting my white hits, though, so we won't be taking it into consideration. My mastery during the test is 16%. That means that Frost Strike's damage is 115% * 116% = 115% * 1.16 = 133.4% Now take my average white hits (187) and multiply it by 133.4%. 187 * 133.4% = 187 * 1.334 = 249.458. Isnt 249.458 pretty close to the 250 average I got in my tests? If the 16% mastery wasn't working the damage would be lower.. But it matches perfectly. Now shut the hell up and never report a bug again. The bug report is 100% invalid. If there's anyone that has no idea how WoW mechanics work that's you.

Well.. apparently you know better. Saying that a 115% Weapon Damage ability is doing too low damage by hitting for 210%... Nice. I have no choice but to agree.
