What error do you get when you try open it? Have you tried redownloading and reinstalling it? A program might have made some or several of its files corrupted - such as CCleaner.

I am hyped to demonology's new gameplay. It is going to be nuts.

Unfortunately, problem is server sided, you can but only wait for the fix.

My guess is that so people don't transfer gold or sell gold for a value that is less than the one that you can buy with bonuses(even though a similar situation happens with buying prideful items but whatever). Problem solved, closed.

Did you try in other characters/accounts? Have you tried in other computers? Is your firewall or anti-virus for some reason interfering with your client? Is anyone else from where you live suffering from the same problems? Did you take a look at 3.9? Have you tried other ISPs? Have you changed your ISP recently? Are you using wireless or cabled internet? Do you share your internet? Have you considered that your PC may be infected with malware? Hopefully, the answers will help solving the problem.

Maybe the problem is with faction changing itself? Just a guess.
