Most of the times Zeox deal with cross realm not developers. Developers just fixing bugs at cross realm admins restarting it.

It's server's side issue there is nothing you can do about it. Just wait admins to return from their vacations so they can fix cross realm.

Admins are in vacations probably noone will fix it.
