I understand your concern but you got to know that we follow rules as well, we can't do whatever we want. The punishment for hacking is 30 days and not permanent account ban. Did you try to reboot both pc and router? Also, you may need to delete folder cache from your wow inventory.

If you want to report someone for spamming you must have timestamps enabled (hours, mins, secs) but anyway player is already banned for another violation.
