People getting auto bans daily. I can confirm that by myself. Let me give you an example. If someone fly hacking auto ban system detects him as hacker and system does some reports every "X" seconds or "X" mins I am not sure about it and when there're 500 reports (if it's actually 500) player gets banned. Hope Zeox or Juster will answer this with certainty.

Why do you even reply in the thread if you don't know? On topic: Yes it works but auto ban system ban violators after 500 reports if I am not mistaken. It's not supposed to ban immediately players for obvious reasons.

Anyway, we can refund only items which were bought in control panel. We don't refund items, which were bought in the game or which you got with bought character and have lost in the game but since it's bugged you can always report it here so it won't happen again after it gets fixed. Closed

Literally I have said it more than 10 times but I guess I have to say it one more time... Rule 2.10 says that users are forbidden to spam and by that we don't mean only that you mustn't post twice the same thread but you shouldn't flood the section as well. You with all this pointless topics you create daily you're causing a mess and you're flooding the section that's why the ban was fair and of course it was according the rules. If you still believe that your punishment was unfair you can appeal here. When a GM or a moderator says that you're violating rules and you keep doing your stuff don't expect to not get banned so please listen us. Also, when we delete a thread we delete it for a reason therefore don't create it again. I don't hate anyone we just have orders from high ranked staff members. This is a different violation it has nothing to do with insulting staff and it was ban from an admin if I recall correctly. You got permanent ban by Zeox for breaking rule 2.16 as I know. Even I checked your accounts before a while through MCP and indeed you created more than 5 alt accounts while your main was banned so the punishment was fair and of course no one GM/admin wouldn't ban someone for no reason if the user didn't violate rules.

There is a rule which says that systematic and repeated violations of the forum rules will result in 7 days ban for game account. I think that permanent ban or mute for such violation is too much but if GM's ban pujo's in-game account for 7d I doubt that he will continue posting pointless threads. For now I just try to delete every pointless thread as soon as possible.
