    Any kind of information where does it prove that it should not target dead players? All spells which are used to create this mechanic (https://db.pandawow.me?spell=142416, https://db.pandawow.me?spell=142811, https://db.pandawow.me?spell=142808) have an attribute called SPELL_ATTR2_CAN_TARGET_DEAD which allows them to select dead and alive players.

    I just tested this on PTR and could take all 9 Paragon Buffs, keep in mind that: Buffs for damage dealers. Buffs for healers. Buff for tanks. Buffs for any players. Please test it again and update your report if something doesn't work like I described above. Already applied on PTR.
